1954イギリス軍King’s Own BorderヴィンテージキャンバストートバッグXL IND1668

1954の文字が鞄の内側に確認できました、イギリス軍King’s Own Borderで使われていたキャンバス生地を解体、再構築して製作したトートバッグになります。
生成り生地に掠れたステンシルが綺麗に残ります。時代を経た生成り生地ですが、程度も良く、大きな穴、目立つシミなどないので、少し小慣れた感じで使える鞄かと思いもます。
鞄前後に1インチサイズのDカンを取り付けてありますので、キーリング、アルコールなど引っ掛ける事も可能です。

今回こちらの鞄の持ち手及びショルダーベルトにはイギリス産ブライドルレザーを使用してます。
ブルーム（ワックスを染み込ませて作るブライドル・レザーの表面に浮き出る白い粉）が施され、艶があり、芯まで染色された品のある革です。
製作時に表面に浮き出ているブルームは拭き取ってますが、気温の変化などでブルームが浮き出てくる事も考えられますが、これは製品上の特徴となりますので、ご了承下さい。

鞄に付いているホックはLift the Dot（亀の甲ホック）になります。開け閉めする際にはちょっとしたコツがありますので、youtubeでlift the dot や亀甲ホックなどで検索して頂けたらと思います。
(金具下部分にLift the dot or KitKitと刻印されている部分があり、そこを持ち上げるLiftすると金具が外れます)

This tote bag is made by deconstructing and reconstructing canvas fabric that was once used by the British Army’s King’s Own Border Regiment.

Inside the bag, you can see the marking “1954,” indicating its original period. The natural cotton canvas has beautifully faded stenciling that remains clearly visible.

Despite its age, the fabric is in good condition—with no major holes or noticeable stains—so the bag has a nicely broken-in feel without being overly worn.

1-inch D-rings are attached to both the front and back of the bag, making it convenient to hook items like keyrings or small alcohol sanitizer bottles.
